What is a Future Stay Voucher ?

A Future Stay Voucher (FSV) is a booking credit that can be used to reserve any eligible property and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Choosing an FSV allows you to receive the full eligible refund amount without any processing fee, whereas bank refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
The FSV can be used multiple times until the available balance is fully utilised and can be applied directly while making a new booking.

Rescheduling Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled once for the same property if requested between 12 and 6 days before check-in, subject to availability and a 30% rescheduling fee.
The revised booking must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. Partial payment bookings are not eligible for rescheduling.
Any remaining balance after the rescheduling fee and booking adjustment will be carried forward to the new booking and is non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

Bookings made using the "NOCANCEL" coupon, peak date bookings, and partial payment bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for a refund.
For last-minute cancellations due to exceptional circumstances, every effort will be made to secure a replacement booking. If a replacement booking is confirmed, the booking amount (after a 10% deduction) will be refunded. If no replacement booking is secured, the cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

Meals

Hookah use is not permitted at the property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food or drinks in and around the pool.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available; network connectivity is subject to availability.
In the event of a power outage, an inverter backup supports essential appliances.
The property has 8 bedrooms, with guest access limited to 6 designated bedrooms.
The final 450 metres leading to the property is a non-concrete road. Driver assistance can be arranged if required.
CCTV surveillance is installed in external areas for guest safety and security.
This is a pet-friendly, standalone property.
The property is not wheelchair accessible.
Guests are permitted access only to the room(s) they have booked.
Non-vegetarian food is permitted on the premises.
All-male groups are welcome; however, a refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required at check-in.
